fix: hide document feature for guests + enforce public tool whitelist
- TopNav: '文档' link only shows when loggedIn
- AgentToolbar: document button v-if="loggedIn"
- getAgentToolsForChatByAgentId: filter tools by agentPublicToolSlugs
whitelist for guest users (previously only skipped adminOnly tools,
exposing document and other non-public tools to unauthenticated users)

feat(agent-documents): replace page navigation with right-side drawer
- Create AgentDocumentDrawer.vue: right-side drawer with document list + detail view
- AgentSidebar: change document NuxtLink to button emitting showDocuments
- AgentToolbar: change document NuxtLink to button emitting showDocuments
- AgentChatArea: forward showDocuments event from toolbar to page
- Chat page: wire showDocumentDrawer state + render AgentDocumentDrawer
Drawer features:
- List view with type filter (all/document/memory) + search
- Detail view with markdown rendering via AgentMarkdown
- Slide-in transition + overlay backdrop
- Teleport to body for proper z-index stacking

feat: agent 独立化改造 - 新增 agents 表 + per-agent 配置 + 路由迁移
- DB: 新增 agents 表 + agent_tool_associations 表，agentSessions 加 agentId FK
- Service: agent CRUD / model-resolver / chat-engine 抽离 / collaboration stub
- API: /api/agent/... → /api/agents/:agentSlug/... 全套端点
- 前端: /chat/[agentSlug] 路由 + composables 加 agentSlug
- seed: admin/123456qaz + 11 tools + default agent + coder agent
- 修复: 输出时新建对话 bug（touchSessionOrder 提前到 send 之前）
- 修复: fetch 工具 config 字段 + config 解析 zod safeParse fallback
- 修复: auth-routes 支持 :param 正则匹配
